The notice will be published soon in the Federal Register. At the request of the petitioners, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of the subject firm. New findings show that worker separations have occurred at Baker Hughes Inteq operating at various locations in the State of West Virginia. The workers are engaged in employment related to exploration and drilling of crude oil wells for unaffiliated customers. The intent of the Department's certification is to include all workers of Baker Hughes Inteq adversely affected by increased imports. Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to cover workers of Baker Hughes Inteq operating at various locations in the State of West Virginia. The amended notice applicable to TA-W-35,663 is hereby issued as follows: All workers of Baker Hughes Inteq, Headquartered in Houston, Texas (TA-W-35,663) and operating at various locations in the State of West Virginia (TA-W-35,663H) who became totally or partially separated from employment on or after February 2, [[Page 24418]] 1998 through March 25, 2001 are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance under Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974.
