Take notice that on April 28, 1999, Trancontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) filed a report reflecting the flow through of refund received from CNG Transmission Corporation (CNG). On February 12, 1999, in accordance with Section 4 of its Rate Schedule FTNT, Transco states that it refunded to its FTNT customer, New York Power Authority, $133,300 resulting from the estimated refund of CNG Transmission Corporation's Docket No. RP97-406, et al and on April 1, 1999 Transco refunded $35,334.25 to the same customer which is a true-up for this refund. The refund covers the period from January 1998 to January 1999. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
