Florida; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of an Emergency Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Florida, (FEMA-3139-EM), dated April 27, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 18, 1999.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the State of 
Florida is hereby amended to include the following areas among those 
areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe 
declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of April 27, 
1999:

    Duval, Nassau, and Clay Counties for appropriate assistance for 
required emergency protective measures as authorized under Title V 
of the Stafford Act.
