Take notice that on June 24, 1999, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), PSEG Fossil LLC, PSEC Nuclear LLC, and PSEC Energy Resources & Trade LLC filed a supplement to their application. The supplement consisted of a copy of the application PSE&G had previously filed with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in connection with the transfer of its interest in certain nuclear generating facilities. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
