ACTION: Notice of Realty Action, lease of public land. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The following public lands have been examined and found suitable for non-competitive lease to Mr. Dave Penz at Kako Landing, Russian Mission area, under the provisions of Section 302 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) of 1976 and 43 CFR Part 2920. This Notice of Realty Action proposes a 20 year lease intended to authorize operation and maintenance of an existing earthen dike which would permit safe containment and storage of fuel holding tanks required for operation of Kako Mine. Seward Meridian, Alaska T. 20 N., R. 67 W., Section 1, SW\1/4\SW\1/4\NE\1/4\ Containing approximately .05 acre. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: These lands have been selected by the Russian Mission Native Association for future conveyance pursuant to Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Section 11.
