Davidson requesting the allotment of Channel 241A to Mojave, California, as that community's second local FM transmission service. As Mojave is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the U.S.-Mexico border, concurrence of the Mexican government to the requested allotment of Channel 241A at that community must be obtained. Coordinates used for this proposal are 35-06-11 NL; 118-10-22 WL. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before January 31, 2000, and reply comments on or before February 15, 2000.
