ACTION: Notice.


SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts dated 12/12/2012.
    Incident: Leominster Commercial and Residential Complex Fire.
    Incident Period: 11/24/2012.
    Effective Date: 12/12/2012.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/11/2013.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/12/2013.

    Rhode Island: Providence.
