Mr. DARDEN, Acting Chairman, assumed the chair; and after some time spent therein, The SPEAKER pro tempore, Mr. PETERSON of Florida, assumed the Chair. When Mr. DARDEN, Acting Chairman, reported that the Committee, having had under consideration said bill, had come to no resolution thereon.
