L. 95–431, title V, §501, Oct. 10, 1978, 92 Stat. 1043.

Act Feb. 25, 1944, ch. 63, title VII, §701(a), 58 Stat. 78, which provided that terms used in section 701 of act Feb. 25, 1944, have same meaning as when used in this section.
