JUDGMENT as follows: (1) Plaintiff's 128 Objections are overruled; (2) The United States Magistrate Judge's 123 and 124 Recommendations are adopted; (3) Defendants DSI Security Services, Inc.'s and American Building Company's 92 and 102 Motions for Summary Judgment are granted; and (4) Judgment is entered in favor of the defendants DSI Security Services, Inc., and American Buildings Company and against plaintiff Reeves, with plaintiff Reeves taking nothing by his complaint. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed againstplaintiff Reeves, for which execution may issue.
