MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that the decision of the Commissioner will be REVERSED and REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g) by separate judgment sothat the Commissioner can conduct additional proceedings consistent with this opinion, as further set out in order; ORDERING that the plf's motion for an award of EAJA fees and motion for an extension of time to file a motion for an award of attorney's fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 406(b) are DENIED without prejudice.
