RECOMMENDATION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE re 1 Inmate 1983 Complaint filed by Kema Latrice Parker that: 1. The plaintiffs claims against the Ozark Police Department be summarily dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). 2. The Ozark Police Department be dismissed as a defendant in this cause of action. 3. This case, with respect to the plaintiffs claims against Michael Bryan, Chris Juneau, Jesse Kellum and Officer Peters, be referred back to the undersigned for further appropriate proceedings.
