JUDGMENT, in accordance with the memorandum opinion, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) the alternative MOTION for Summary Judgment is granted; (2) the 35 MOTION to Dismiss is denied as moot; (3) judgment is entered in favor of The Alabama Department of Human Resources and against Camellia Therapeutic Foster Agency, LLC, with plf taking nothing as to its complaint; further ORDERING that costs are taxed against plf for which exectuion may issue; directing the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
