REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS of the Magistrate Judge as follows: (1) That to the extent the Alabama Crime Victims and Compensation Commission move to dismiss the claims against them and in light of the plf's response, the motion to dismiss be GRANTED and the claims against the Alabama Crime Victims and Compensation Commission be DISMISSED with prejudice. JUDGMENT, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) Dft Martin Ramsey's 42 Objections are overruled; (2) The 41 Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge is adopted; (3) Dft Alabama Crime Victims and Compensation Commission's 18 & 37 Motions to Dismiss are granted and said dft and the claims against it are dismissed with prejudice; (4) Dfts Jackie Graham, Martin Ramsey, and Alabama Personnel Department and the claims against these dfts are dismissed without prejudice; (5) Dft Ramsey's 18 & 37 Motions to Dismiss are denied as moot; (6) Dfts Ramsey and Alabama Crime Victims and Compensation Commission's 18 Alternative Motion for More Definite Statement is denied as moot; DIRECTING the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
