MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as follows: (1) Crayton will only be allowed to seek damages or other relief as to the claims set forth in the 44 Pretrial Order. All other claims are DISMISSED by his failure to include them in the Pretrial Order; (2) To the extent that 16 Motion for Summary Judgment seeks judgment as a matter of law on any claim is DENIED as MOOT as to those claims; (3) The 16 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to all of Crayton's remaining claims of discrimination and retaliation, and all such claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and (4) A separate final judgment will be entered consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
