RECOMMENDATION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE that: 1. The defendants' motion for summary judgment be GRANTED. 2. The plaintiff's claims against Lisa Bonner be DISMISSED with prejudice. 3. The plaintiffs claims against the remaining defendants be DISMISSED without prejudice as these claims are barred from review by Heck and its progeny. 4. This case be DISMISSED. 5.
