Bennett and Christopher Gordy are dismissed without prejudice, with costs taxed as paid, and said defendants are terminated as parties to this action. The court assumes that defendants have no objection to the allowance of the dismissal; however, if there are any objections, they must be filed within seven days from the date of this order. The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This case is not closed.
