JUDGMENT: it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) The parties' 29 & 30 objections are overruled; (2) The US Magistrate Judge's 28 recommendation is adopted; (3) Dfts' 21 motion for summary judgment is granted as to plfs' claims under federal law, but is denied without prejudice as to plfs' claims under state law; (4) Judgment is entered in favor of dfts and against plf on plf's claims under federal law; (5) The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plfs' claims under state law, and those claims are dismissed without prejudice; further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plf, for which execution may issue; DIRECTING the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP; This case is closed.
