MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court finds that Defendant is entitled to summary judgment on all of Plaintiff's claims. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: (1) Defendant's 91 MOTION for Summary Judgment is GRANTED; (2) All of Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; (3) Defendant's 100 MOTION to Strike 99 Exhibit List is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part; (4) The trial in this matter is CANCELLED; (5) The Court will enter a separate final judgment in favor of Defendant consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
