MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as follows: 1. It is hereby ORDERED that the referral of this case to the Magistrate Judge is WITHDRAWN. 2. Plaintiff's 21 Motion to Dismiss the [sic] Filed On, 05-14-08 BY; Truman M. Hobbs is DENIED. 3. The 10 Motion for Sanctions under Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 filed by Defendant Sheriff Abbett is DENIED. Plaintiff is cautioned, however, that the filing of further frivolous lawsuits in this Court could result in the imposition of monetary sanctions against him. 4. Defendant's 8 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint is GRANTED and all of Plaintiff's claims in this action are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 5.
