MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION For the reasons stated within, the magistrate judge RECOMMENDS that the claims against Tuscaloosa City Jail and Colbert County Jail be DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) and/or (2). The magistrate judge further RECOMMENDS that the Fourth Amendment claim against Jailer Angela Holiday be REFERRED to the undersigned magistrate judge for further proceedings. The plaintiff may file specific written objections to this report and recommendation.
