ORDER as to Jessie Earl Todd re: competency hrg held on 1/11/07. The court adopts the findings of the BOP's Psychological Evaluation issued on 11/18/06, & finds that Dft Todd is competent to stand trial. Trial is scheduled for 2/07 w/jury selection set for 1/29/2007. The Clerk is directed to refer this matter to the mag. judge for scheduling of a pretrial conference in 1/07.
