ORDER entered as to Juanita Rutledge Burroughs. The Court finds by preponderance of evidence that the defendant is presently incompetent to stand trial and that it is unlikely she would be restored in the future. It is ORDERED that the defendant is to be continued in the custody of the Attorney General until such time as she regains competence, or until the provisions of 18 USC Section 4246 are implemented and a further order supercedes this one. Signed by Chief Judge Callie V. S. Granade on 04/03/2008. (Cert copy to FMC Carswell.) (mab)
