JUDGMENT as to Brandon Jarrod Nobles. Defendant was sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 264 months. Said term consists of 180 months, as to each of Counts 1 and 2, said terms to run concurrently; and, 84 months, as to Count 3, said term to run consecutively to the custody sentences imposed as to each of Counts 1 and 2, with special conditions. SRT 5 years. Said term consists of 3 years, as to Count 1; 5 years, as to Count 2 and 5 years, as to Count 3; said terms to run concurrently with special conditions. No fine was imposed.
