JUDGMENT as to Wendy Bergeron. Defendant was placed on probation for a term of 3 years, as to Count 3. The Court imposed the following special conditions: the defendant shall participate in a program of testing and treatment for drug and/or alcohol abuse, as directed by the Probation Office; the defendant shall attend at least two AA/NA meetings per week, as directed by the Probation Office; and, the defendant shall participate in a mental health evaluation and comply with any treatment consistent with the findings of said evaluation, as directed by the Probation Office.
