JUDGMENT as to Richard Leon Moore. Defendant was sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 188 months, as to Count 1 with special conditions; said term to run concurrently with any yet to be imposed state sentence. The Court orders that the defendant be given credit for time served since April 5, 2011; designates the state facility for the service of his federal sentence, if he receives a state sentence; SRT 6 years, as to Count 1 with special conditions.
