JUDGMENT as to Barbara N. Bush, Count 1 - Imprisonment: 18 months w/recommendation to BOP that dft be imprisoned at an institution where a substance abuse treatment program and a mental health treatment program are available; SRT: 3 years w/special conditions: (1) periodic urine surveillance &/or other tests for detection of drug abuse as directed by the Probation Office as set out, (2) participate in an assessment or program for treatment of drug &/or alcohol addiction, dependency or abuse as instructed & as deemed necessary by the Probation Office as set out, (3) participate in a mental health treatment program as directed by the Probation Office, (4) prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new credit charges, etc., without the approval of the Probation Office, until such time as the financial obligations imposed by this court have been satisfied in full, (5) provide the Probation Office access to any requested financial information, & (6) make restitution as set out; Restitution: $760.65 to be paid as set out; SA: $100.00. Bush, Sentence Imposed 7/8/16, Imprisonment: 8 Months; SRT: 28 Months w/special conditions: (1) dft shall submit to periodic surveillance &/or tests for the detection of drug &/or alcohol abuse as directed by the Probation Office as set out, (2) dft shall participate in an assessment or program for treatment of drug &/or alcohol addiction, dependency or abuse as instructed & as deemed necessary by the Probation Office as set out, (3) dft shall participate in mental health treatment program as directed by the Probation Office, (4) dft is prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new credit, etc., without the permission of the Probation Officer, until such time as the financial obligations imposed by this court have been satisfied in full, (5) dft shall provide the Probation Office access to any requested financial information, (6) dft shall be enrolled in & successfully complete a 90-day residential drug treatment program as set out, & (7) dft shall make restitution as set out; Restitution: $760.65 (less any payments previously made).
