ORDER denying Plaintiffs request for reinstatement. Granting Plaintiff equitable remedies in the amount of $21,020.65 in front pay, $129,777.61 in back pay, $21,343.86 in prejudgment interest, totaling $172,142.12 in equitable damages. The Clerks office shall enter Judgment accordingly. FURTHER ORDERED denying without prejudice Plaintiffs request for attorneys fees. FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerks Office to enter Judgment with regard to Plaintiffs compensatory damages in the amount of $280,000, pursuant to the jury verdict of August 6, 2007.
