ORDER (Service Packet) Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is granted. Plaintiff is obligated to pay the statutory filing fee of $250.00 for this action. Plaintiff is assessed no initial partial filing fee. The Maricopa County Sheriff or his designee shall collect the filing fee from Plaintiff's trust account by collecting monthly payments.
