ORDER Petitioner's re 4 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus is dismissed with leave to amend; Petitioner has 30 days from the filing date of this Order to file an amended petition. The Clerk must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice, without further notice to Petitioner, if Petitioner fails to file an amended petition within 30 days from the filing date of this Order. The Clerk must provide Petitioner with a current, court-approved form for filing a "Petition Under 28 U.S.C. ยง 2254 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody."
