ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: Pla's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis filed with the Complaint is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Within 30 days from the filing date of this Order, Pla must either pay the $350.00 filing fee or show good cause why she is unable to pay the filing fee. Plas 5 Motion/Letter requesting the status of this action is GRANTED to the extent that the status is set forth herein and is otherwise DENIED. Pla must file a notice of change of address providing her current address within 30 days of the filing date of this Order. Plaintiff has 30 days form the date this Order is filed to file a second amended complaint. If Plaintiff fails to file a second amended complaint, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal with prejudice that states that the dismissal counts as a strike under 28:1915(g). The Clerk of Court must mail Plaintiff a form for filing a civil rights complaint. The Clerk's Office must forward a copy of this Order to Plaintiff at the following address (see order).
