ORDER the Clerk shall serve a copy of the Summons, Petition, Memorandum and this Order upon the US Atty, District of Arizona certified mail addressed to the civil process clerk at the Office of the US Atty. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Clerk shall send by certified mail a copy of the Summons, Petition, Memorandum and this Order to the US Atty General and the Respondent. FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall answer the Petition within 20 days of the date of service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED this action is referred to Magistrate Judge Glenda E.
