ORDER - The final decision of the Commission of Social Security is remanded, "with an open record on the issue of Leons fatigue related to his capacity to undertake full time employment. Because the ALJ relied on Dr. McLean's opinion in discrediting Leon's fatigue testimony and the record has not been developed thoroughly on the issue of Leon's fatigue, Leon shall be allowed to cross-examine the Commissioner's medical consultants on the sole issue of his fatigue." Signed by Judge David G Campbell on 02/22/2018. (KAS)
