ORDER granting Defendants' 17 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint and Plaintiffs' first amended complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs may file a second amended complaint within 7 days of entry of this Order. Plaintiffs are ordered to show cause within 7 days of the date of entry of this Order why Defendant Janice Brewer should not be dismissed for lack of service.
