IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing Defendant Voyles from Count III. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no later than thirty days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff may file a Second Amended Complaint to correct the deficiencies in the First Amended Complaint that are identified herein.
