ORDER that Respondents' 11 Motion to Set Reasonable Page Limits is DENIED. ORDERED that Respondents' 12 Motion to Preclude Juror Contact is GRANTED. Tucker may not contact any jurors other than by leave of Court upon a showing of good cause. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Tucker's 18 Motion to Stay is DENIED. Tucker shall file a response to Respondents' 13 Motion to Preclude Victim Contact no later than February 28, 2018. Respondents may file a reply no later than March 7, 2018. ORDER granting 13 Motion for an order precluding contact with victims. No person who is defined as a victim in this matter pursuant to Arizona law shall be contacted by anyone working with or on behalf of Tucker or his counsel unless the victim, through counsel for Respondents, has consented to such contact. If consent is not provided and Tucker nonetheless believes contact is necessary, he may file a motion with the Court explaining the necessity for such contact.
