ORDER ACCEPTING AND ADOPTING IN PART, and REJECTING IN PART 78 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION as to Matthew Duke Maley. IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's 84 Objection is sustained. The Court accepts and adopts the portion of the Report and Recommendation finding that the agents' entry into the travel trailer was unlawful. The Court rejects the portion of the Report and Recommendation finding that the evidence found in the trailer is admissible pursuant to the inevitable discovery doctrine.
