It is further Ordered the Motion for Review of Magistrate Judge's Order Requiring Proof of "Primary Purpose" of I-19 Checkpoint (Doc. 93) is DISMISSED AS MOOT. It is further Ordered the Government's Appeal of Magistrate Judge's Order to Produce Documents to Defense (Doc. 107) is DISMISSED AS MOOT.
