ORDER that Plaintiff's motion for stay and abate time (Doc. 63) is denied; Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a fifth amended complaint (Doc. 57) is denied; Plaintiff's ex parte application for a temporary restraining order (Doc. 58) is denied; Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a supplemental complaint (Doc. 50) is denied; Plaintiff's notices (Docs. 48, 49, 53, 54, 61) are denied to the extent that any relief is sought therein; Plaintiff's Fourth Amended Complaint (Doc. 45) and this action are dismissed for failure to state a claim; the Clerk of Court must make an entry on the docket stating that the dismissal for failure to state a claim may count as a "strike" under 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(g).
