ORDERED: Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a First Amended Complaint 51 is GRANTED, Plaintiff shall have fourteen (14) days from the date that this order is filed to file and serve the First Amended Complaint;Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery 53 is DENIED;Non-Party Arizona Department of Child Safety's Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena 57 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Motion is granted to the extent that counsel for Defendant Campas shall have until July10, 2018 to disclose e-mails in DCS's possession related to Plaintiff from December 22, 2014 through February 14, 2018.
