OPINION filed: We uphold the district court’s judgment, including Lara’s sentence of 60 months’ incarceration, but withhold any opinion as to the forfeiture order pending a decision by the Supreme Court in Honeycutt. No mandate will issue at this time, and Lara’s appeal will be HELD IN ABEYANCE until after the Supreme Court’s ruling in Honeycutt. Decision not for publication. John M. Rogers, Jeffrey S.
