Filed Nonprecedential Disposition PER CURIAM. The judgment dismissing Chatman’s lawsuit is VACATED, and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings. Given this result Chatman has not incurred any strikes for this litigation. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). On remand Chatman shall be permitted, if he chooses, to amend his complaint “once as a matter of course” and thereafter as justice requires. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a). Diane P.
