Filed Nonprecedential Disposition PER CURIAM. We express no opinion about the merit of Ayoubi’s claim, but he presented sufficient evidence from which a jury could conclude that by not treating Ayoubi’s pain, Altez displayed deliberate indifference to a serious medical need. Therefore, we VACATE the judgment in favor of Altez and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this order. In light of the foregoing, Ayoubi’s motion for oral argument is DENIED. Frank H. Easterbrook, Circuit Judge; Daniel A. Manion, Circuit Judge and Diane S. Sykes, Circuit Judge. [6911690-2] [6912962-1] [6912962] [17-1662]
