Drozd RECOMMENDING Petitioner's 4/19/05 motion to stay be GRANTED and he be ordered to present his claim to the CA Supreme Court in a state HC Petition to be filed no later than 30 days after this action is stayed by final order of the District Judge. This action be stayed and the Clerk be directed to administratively close the case. Petitioner be ordered to file a status report after the case is stayed.
