ORDER signed by Judge Gregory G. Hollows ORDERING that if ptnr seeks discovery, ptnr's counsel must move for leave to conduct discovery w/in 30 days; resp must file opposition w/in 30 days thereafter; and any reply must be filed w/in 15 days of svc. If ptnr seeks an evidentiary hearing, ptnr must file a motion clarifying the basis upon which such a hearing is warranted w/in 60 days; respmust file any opposition w/in 30 days thereafter; any reply must be filed w/in15 days of svc of the opposition; resp is directed to file a response to ptnr's amended HC petition w/in 90 days from the date of this order; if the response to the amended HC petition is an answer, ptnr's reply shall be filed w/in 30 days after svc; If the response is a motion, ptnr's opposition shall be filed w/in 30 days of svc of the motion, and resp's reply shall be filed w/in 15 days thereafter.
