ORDER for payment of inmate filing fee by Magistrate Judge Craig M. Kellison ordering the Director of the CDC or a designee shall collect from plaintiff's prison trust account an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $1.42 and shall forward the amount to the clerk of the court. Thereafter, the Director of the CDC or a designee shall collect from plaintiff's prison trust account the $248.58 balance of the filing fee by collecting monthly payments from plaintiff's prison trust account in an amount equal to 20% of the preceding month's income credited to the prisoner's trust account and forwarding payments to the clerk of the court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. The clerk of the court directed to serve a copy of this order and a copy of plaintiff's signed IFP affidavit on Director, California Department of Corrections, 1515 S Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The clerk of the court shall serve a copy of this order on the Financial Department of the court. (Copy of this order and copy of IFP app served on CDC Director in paper format.
