ORDER signed by Judge Kimberly J. Mueller on 3/29/07 granting 2 Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis. Pltf's is to pay the filing fee of $250.00 for this action with an initial, partial filing fee of $00.37. All fees to be collected and paid in accordance with this court's order to the Director of CDC. The Clerk is directed to file documents #9 and #10 appearing in the court's docket as one document under the heading "Amended Complaint." The Clerk shall now identify document #9 as "Copy of Complaint." Service is appropriate for the dfts Saukhla, Bick, Donahue, Koury and Andreasen.
