ORDER signed by Judge Kimberly J. Mueller on 3/29/07 ORDERING that the claims of the Pltfs are severed. Pltf Cain shall proceed as the sole Pltf in case 06-cv-1755. The Clerk is directed to open separate actions for Pltfs Harless and Granger.
