ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge John F. Moulds on 2/6/2008 ORDERING respondent is directed to file an answer w/i 45 days from date of this order. Petitioner's traverse, is any, is due 30 days thereafter. Clerk shall serve a copy of this order together with a copy of petitioner's application for writ of habeas corpus on US Attorney. This matter is referred to the Federal Defender for determination of whether petitioner is financially eligible for appointment of counsel.
