Drozd on 2/21/2008 ORDERING The claims of pltfs Thomas Gallion, Ricky Williams, Vincent Arkanass, Eugene Johnson, and Kenneth Gardner are severed from the claims of pltf David Tracy; pltf David Tracy shall proceed as the sole pltf in case 2:08cv121 LEW DAD PC; The Clerk of the Court is directed to: Open 5 separate civil actions for pltfs Thomas Gallion (2:08cv413 LEW DAD PC), Ricky Williams (2:08cv412 LEW DAD PC), Vincent Arkanass (2:08cv415 LEW DAD PC), Eugene Johnson (2:08cv414 LEW DAD PC), and Kenneth Gardner (2:08cv416 LEW DAD PC); Assign each action to the district judge and magistrate judge to whom the present case is assigned; File and docket a copy of this order in each of the 5 files opened for the pltfs; Place a copy of the complaint filed 1/17/08, in each of the 5 files opened for the pltfs listed; send each pltf an endorsed copy of his cmp bearing the amended caption and the case number assigned to his own individual action. Each pltf's complaint is DISMISSED; the Clerk of the Court is directed to send each pltf a form for filing a civil rights action under 42:1983 and an Application to Proceed IFP By a Prisoner; and Each pltf is GRANTED 30 days from the date of service of this order to file an amended complaint and a new application to proceed ifp, using the forms provided by the court with this order. Each pltf's documents must bear the docket number assigned to his own individual case, and each complaint must be Labeled "Amended Complaint." (Reader, L)
